Nutrition Coaching

In order for us to be successful together, you should be curious and open to self-reflection and deep change. This process is not just about nutrition; it will require you to explore your values and your “WHYs,” and work on aligning your behavior with them. You should be committed during occasional setbacks, and understand that some improvements happen quickly while others may take more time. As long as you believe you are on the right path, the magic will happen.

Step 1 - Explore & Assess

This is where we explore your values and “WHYs,” and identify your desired outcomes. We explore your past and present health as well as your fitness history and current challenges.

Step 2 - Recommend & Launch

Here we build and launch your personalized protocol based on where you are right now, with specific daily habits and strategies to keep you motivated and on track.

Step 3 - Monitor, Adjust, Celebrate

With regular check-ins, we will adjust your protocol and celebrate your successes. Once your goals are reached we will set new ones or implement a maintenance strategy.
